Fantastic episode you guys, much better objectively in terms of writing and characterization, but also just fits Carl's style overall. The development between Blooper and Roxanne is wonderful and makes me excited with what will happen later as we see. Carl and Grace's stuff are also enjoyable as a neat subplot which adds up to what we get later in the episode. In fact, there's quite an amount of foreshadowing with Blooper's inking situation and Carl's fear of what's around the water, which I also liked how Carl still has some worried feelings as usually most people tend to still feel weary for awhile despite the first positive attempt. Overall great episode and congrats to the rest involved in the vaing and spriting!

To be honest I'm impressed with the way Blooper saved Carl, I seriously can't believe gooper did something terrible to him again. I swear, that guy is totally ruthless! I have a fear that in the next episode, gooper will do something worse to him. It's a shame he didn't get punished for that.

Oh MAN! You outdid yourself with this one! What an absolute blast! It's essentially a new episode, but I don't think there's anything wrong with that, the original was just really... odd, let's say, haha. This is also chronologically the start of something big in the series, so of course I have even more reasons to be excited! But I do miss the "Shut the **** up, Gordy!" line (not risking KZbin deleting my comment because of swearing lol). And hey, always remember this. You are a very talented and creative guy and you put a lot of love and effort into everything you do. Never let anyone tell you otherwise.

Great episode ! I also liked the animated cutscenes.... Though Carl is really portrayed as a poor victim in the serie🤣. Got bullied twice in this episode and still too scared to tell Bishop what happened because Gooper might kill him and actually get away with it.

This episode was nice. I’m glad blooper and Roxanne understood each other better. It was sad, but good to learn more about blooper’s dad. I’m glad blooper saved Carl. I hope gets what’s coming to him. Can’t wait to see the next episode.

I really liked Blooper & Roxanne’s scenes here honestly excellent for his character development, it’s executed so much better than the original. I think him initially misjudging Roxanne then realizing that she’s not as shallow as he thought makes alot of sense for a character like him, and I think what Roxanne says about everyone’s just trying to get through high school is honestly pretty true. And I think the Maw Ray replacing Gyarados was a really good choice too and it’s nice that Blooper got a sort of payoff actually fighting it off when one ate his father. I think this and 1-6 are probably the strongest remasters in how they develop the characters.

Now that was miles better than the original! Excellent work, FreezeFlame. Another great remaster. 👍😉 I loved the part where Roxanne saved Blooper from the giant Unagi. That was cool, and it gave me a big smile. Much better than using a Gyarados. Carl having a fear of water is definitely something interesting and relatable. I feel for him, I use to be scared of water myself when I was little. Glad he and Blooper are safe and didn’t get eaten. Anyway, I can’t wait to see more of the remasters. They’re really good! Keep it up, Freeze! ❄️🔥

@Freezeflame22 Outstanding episode bro, Blooper and roxanne Relationship ( not season 5 when they become a couple) is amazing. They went from judging each other two, getting a long quite well, awesome. Blooper brother Is sprites animation has been updated since the great race Remaster is smooth & look dope. Also I love the scene when goopers Minions throw carl into the river, that was crazy & didn't expect this scene to happened. Great episode & can't wait for the Halloween party remastered once they make that episode Of course until they announce it.

And just like in 1-4, there was a person in peril along with someone doing a rescue but slightly more heroic. So yeah, Good job Blooper, Good job. I'm definitely looking foward how the next 3 episodes will differ from the originals, especially after this remaster.
