Thanks, Team TOR. I have been putting words like "avant-garde" into my spotlight, and this fine guest puts plenty of insights in context. Barbra's Daddy has fingerprints all over culture at large... like the uncle who showed young America their dad's epic porn stash🤣

Ocultism/western is the exact same as buddhic seeking enlightenment, with Crowley it becomes a non ending freudian release of everything Mind/experience, making it okay to discuss existential life while buddhism tends to shy away from the shadow

The amount of knowledge Carl brings to the table invokes so many avenues of questions that it can only lead to such a rich discussion. Thank you so much for your kind words🙏🏼

“The Drug & other Stories” has some beautiful writing. Crowley was certainly an artist.

@@TheOccultRejectsalways me with the comments. Soo much though. Really recommend if you haven’t read R Steiners; An outline of Occult Science. The evolution of man of man described is beautiful, and for me ties into your weaves on various episodes where you link bodily organs/actions in their micron/nano to the bigger script. The Saturn chapter, really paints that weave.
