To be honest yeah, Carl and Liam are the only ones that got themselves together enough for a decent future. The only difference is that Liam only had to grow up out of the spotlight and that Carl made slightly smarter decisions. Fiona And Lip got semi positive endings, but only after a long series of fuck ups. Ian got his happy ending after a lot of pain and bullshit that wasn't really his fault. At least he wins by a mile in the relationship department. Debbie fucked up big time by being a teen mom and grew up to have really bad tendencies and mimics the worst parts of frank and Monica. Of all the Gallagher children shes probably the worst off with the worst prospects.

It’s pretty easy to address. She and the other siblings can claim it as tip earnings from a dancer job, artist commissions, or some other cash-based service and deposit the correct maximum daily allowable amount in the bank without raising suspicion. Even if they get audited they can easily pass that with the appropriately manufactured receipts, stories of busking, etc. As long as they are smart about it, it’s very doable. And the Gallaghers are smart.
