Last we saw him in the comics, he was about 30 years old, had a wife and daughter, and read to her the story of his father, Rick Grimes. The show didn't want that for some reason. He didn't even live to be 20😢

@ChristianHernandez-yt He was 10 when the apocalypse began in the show, and died in s8, which was 2-2 1/2 years in, so at oldest he 13 probably 12
