Okay so... it happened. I still can't believe it and it's only been a couple of days... I don't think I will EVER be fine after this... Mr. Gimple just killed off the future of the show, he just killed THE SHOW itself! Honestly, I can't imagine the show without Carl and really, I'm sure it won't last very long, maybe a couple more years but that's about it. Now about Carl's development this episode... he knew he was gonna die this entire time yet he took matters in his own hands and saved people at Alexandria by himself WHILE dying! That makes him the TRUE HERO of the show... he IS A LEGEND! Chandler's acting in this episode and this whole season was incredible and I can't be more proud of him. I've heard what happened with Chandler and Gimple... I will NEVER forgive the show and Gimple for doing this and killing off THE VERY MAIN CHARACTER WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE LAST ONE STANDING! Anyways... I'm done ranting here... I'll continue watching the second half of the season just because I HAVE to know how Carl's death will affect Rick and the whole show. About next season... yeah I'm not sure. There will be more videos to come so stick around friends... we will make it TOGETHER! #RIPCarlGrimes

I have to admit that to me Glenn’s death was hard... but this is unbearable, I can’t believe Gimple decide to kill someone so important in TWD. He is Rick’s world!!! Now Rick’s world has become nothing... he is fighting to leave some future for Carl, I always thought that the last men standing from the Atlanta group was Carl and don’t get me wrong, I really hate the idea of Rick’s dying but to be honest I prefers that because Carl was the future... I’m gonna watch the mid-season premiere because of Carl (Chandlers Riggs) after that I’m done, I don’t see a reason to keep watching TWD. BTW, excellent video👍🏻👌🏻❤️

You are so right! Without Rick and Carl, what is going to happen with Alexandria. Maggie and Carol the next two I would have choose to lead are now in different communities. Be warned that Carl's death is supposed to be really heartbreaking. Apparently no one will be prepared for it! :( I won't watch a show that makes me miserable and has no future, it's like watching the evening news at that point.

Michele McSherry I’m pretty sure it would be the worst dead ever in TWD... at that moment he let know Rick and Michonne he was bitten, I just started crying and almost sobbing... that night I couldn’t sleep, I was sad and mad at the same time. I know I’m gonna be sobbing at the mid-season premiere... and like you said, there’s no point to keep watching TWD, Gimple just killed TWD... even Andrew Lincoln said that he was in shock when they told him about Carl’s death. I know is hard for Andrew Lincoln too, he saw Chandler Riggs become a young man😢 this is too hard😔😭😢

They've also said that Rick won't last either. Daryl's character is tanking as well. He has done some really stupid stuff since Season 6. Who will rule Alexandria? Michonne, that's about it. Judy for the next decade will be too young and untested to be of any use (along with the baby Grace that everyone is talking about). All the best stories of the comic book that started all of this, can no longer be used. WTF was Gimple thinking? Someone on the KZbin is calling this "The Greatest Collapse in TV History". That's about right. :(

This was SUCH a great tribute to Carl! Our boy deserved SO much more than this, and I still can't quite grasp that it happened. I'm also with you that they killed the future of the show and the heart of the show itself. I don't think I can watch the show after the next episode and will probably only watch any scenes of Carl being mentioned, but that's it. Gimple and AMC did Chandler and Carl so dirty that any storylines they execute in the future that should've been Carl's will leave a bitter taste in my mouth. I'm so salty over it. Wonderful tribute to Carl! RIP baby boy. :(

Thank you! And yeah, I don't see the show going on longer than a couple more years like Chandler himself mentioned in his message to Spoiling Dead fans that the show might end after few years. This was the WORST mistake they could ever do on the show and I will never forgive Gimple or get over his death because it was UNNECESSARY! It was only done for shock value and... guess they didn't want to pay Chandler anymore.

I think all those loyal to the comics and Chandler and Carl should boycott the show! Hitting these people in ratings and the wallet is the only slap on the wrist they will understand. Firing him for the reasons mentioned is so stupid and pointless. Without Carl, all future is going to be half as good or meaningful. Every deviation from the comics the show has taken has been a bad decision. So now we have Siddiq and Jadis and the Heapsters but no Carl. WTH!!! Thank you for your comments. Well said!!!

All of the other actors should have said, they will not rehearse or film until the scripts / storyline was changed. The older, more popular stars on the show should have stood with him against Gimple. He would have been forced to rethink his decision to cut Chandler. Just my opinion. They couldn't replace the whole cast!!!

i literally will probably never get over his death. I hated that they have to kill off a main character that is the future of the show. i know chandler riggs is going to college but he took time off for his acting & music and i just :( he's such a great actor and he portrayed carl so well. we watched him grown up through the show and i linked myself to him and i had a little crush on him but it was more of me seeing myself in his shoes and hes been through so much and his development was created so well. i wish scott would've waited til seasons or just didn't do it at all- like i know the characters will never have happy endings but im having such a hard time getting over this death. great tribute ! i love your videos ! ❤ #RIPCARLGRIMES

Carl is my favourite character ❤️ I hadn't really been enjoying this season, I thought the writing had been poor, but I told myself to still watch the mid season finale before I stop watching the show completely, and it was very fitting that Carl died because it confirmed to me that I should stop watching because that's how poor the writing has become and good timing to stop watching with Carl's death, which was the stupidest decision Gimple could've made. I'll still always love TWD for what it was, I wouldn't be surprised if I watched Seasons 1-4 about another 10 times over the years. I agree with you that it won't last very long at all now, maybe another couple seasons to get the Whisperers storyline done and then it'll end, they just killed off the future of the show. Rest in peace Carl, and rest in peace TWD.

We lost many great characters in The Walking Dead, but I don't think any other deaths have hurt me as much as Carl's did. He has been my favorite character since the beginning and I've grown to love him. He didn't deserve to die. Heroes don't always wear capes or have superpowers. Carl was a true hero. I'd always thought he'd be one of the last people standing, that he'd grow up to be a leader. To be honest, I'd rather have him get bit by a walker than at the hands of Negan. He didn't deserve to die, he was ricks buddy, he was his sisters role model he was Edens partner, he was Maggie’s friend he was ricks other half and ricks world. He should have lived he should still be in the show, the show writers where stupid to kill him off. he was there for every one he helped people, he protected people. He had been through so much he had to watch his mom die then kill her, he almost died multiple times. He watched his friends die (Glenn, aberham,Olivia,Spenser and much more). When he was younger he saw his best friend as a walker. He didn’t deserve to die he was strong, mentally and physically. He also got shot in the eye and chest. He just had been through so much and then he died he was finally strong then he had to die from a walker. RIP Carl Grimes I will always miss him

There is a chance that carl could survive and this is not my original thought but his shirt wasn't ripped. Kylo Ren You watch for all the characters? That is unquestionably not true. Nobody is interested in the story arc of every character. And even if they were..they still aren't all equally compelling. For ex. I'm sure there are some characters you'd put a higher premium on more than others. For myself all the other characters are played out. Does anybody really care if Michonne is killed off..or Daryl? (I'm serious by the way). THEY ARE THE WALKING DEAD! But the kid represented the future. A boy becoming a man, a leader. The rest of 'em are...surviving! There's something unnatural, and cynical about killing Carl off. It's simply a last ditch ploy for a show that's run out of ideas and blatantly admits it by killing Carl.
