Oh. I like your take on the effects of "consistency". I feel that it's something that a lot of us wrestle with. Some people are wired for routine. Some people are wired for variety, and everything in between. Let's remember that meditation is akin to appreciation. So beautiful daydream while doing dishes, staring into space while suspended in a peaceful moment, looking intently at the incredible beauty in a rock or a feather or a well made shoe. Appreciation is meditation, and the one will encourage the other, naturally.

Today I came across a dried out serpent that was coiled up and what made this incident peculiar is I was just about to enter the Yoga center (prayer/meditation/ chanting type not traditional Hatha- actually Sidda). The previous day or the day before I seen a beautiful serpent comming out of it lair perhaps in search of food or water but this was the 3rd such encounter in the past month as I see the Universe is perhaps sending me a synchronistic- message ? Yes, I call it our heart song and csn feel many others who are on similar vibration so clearly I have known instantly if someone had something happen to them. Distance has no effect on this energy it was instant amd so powerful my step dad's heart attack put me onto my knees from 200 miles away. This is common for me who else can feel these things ? It is supernatural as I informed my mom what waa happening to her husband and did so right when it happened. My diagnosis was instant but at the hospital it took them 2 weeks to confirm my diagnosis. He passed away before they could do anything.

I am seeing repeated numbers usually 11 and 44 all the time. Then i noticed bank notes the serial numbers had birth dates and social security nunbers as close as possible since 2 digits short from people close to me. Best friends etc. I was amazed because i dont even handle cash hardly ever. 1x a month had maybe 5 bank notes amd how could i be noticing this? My son amd ex on a bamk note birth dates? My son was born on 5/15 /2012 he is now 12. He was born on 11th street at 611 pm amd born of 2 Scorpios there are 12 NUMBER 11 on his birth document.
