Colitis is no joke it's a bowel disease where your bowel becomes inflamed and can cause all sorts of problems with a lot of people having to have a portion or all of their bowel removed eventually. If its not the carbs then its obviously the ramp up of fatty protein. I'm sure hes tried plenty of things, but for instance I use ground chicken breast and add an olive and omega oil mix I make myself and it gives me those calories and protein without the IBD symptoms. A lot of people don't understand how great omegas are for anti inflammatory effects and so this is more for random people reading this comment, be it arthritis, stomach issues or anything else really, you really need to go and supplement yourself with 2 grams of omega 3 and 6 as a minimum and learn about DHA, EPA and GLA.

I totally understand why Carlos had to put the brakes on his competition plans this Spring. I, also, know that Colitis is a MTHR FKR for those who don't bodybuild, much less those who do. Colitis put an end to 1995 Arnold Classic Mike Francois' (1995 Arnold Classic Champ) competitive bodybuilding career. However, with those things being said, Carlos has got to get on stage. Even if he doesn't win a show andq make it to the Olympia, he needs to make an impression this year.. or he lose relevance by next year. If things go well for Carlos (healthwise) over the remainder of the year, then I'd really like to see him do a post Olympia show.. which will qualify him for the 2025 Olympia. I believe that would be ideal for him. I'm glad he's doing and feeling better now, and I wish him the very best of luck! 🤞🏽🙏🏽
