yes she definitely does know her brother only too well, Peter Barlow knows Tracy for what she used to be like when she got sent down behind bars, she was the same with the miscarriage when she and Steve tried to drive his ex-wife out of Manchester, anyway Steve 'N' Tracy were married to one another before weren't they, then on the 22nd of December 2017 to be précised they got back together ten months before they were even re-married
