I have two bike trailers and I've carried over 70kg loads and a full sized lawnmower using just an ordinary pedal power only hybrid bike with just moderate hills. With an e-bike, I could certainly pull a much larger light bike trailer with over 200kg just as easily. Say about 1m x 2m floor space? Although maybe just a little narrower to fit safely within a bike lane? But these Cargo trailer's are insanely expensive! 💶💶💶 I can't remember the prices but that one costs several thousands €. I could buy a brand new bigger car trailer for half the price.

Das habe ich mich zwecks Selbstbau auch mal gefragt. Der folgende Link ist da sehr aufschlussreich. Lediglich bei den Reflektoren müsste man hier wohl noch nachrüsten. Eine Zulassung gibts für Fahrradanhänger sowieso nicht. pdeleuw.de/fahrrad/anhaenger-fakten.html

Ohne Zulassung gibts wohl auch keine HU (also das, was gemeinhin als TÜV bezeichnet wird). Ich könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass für den gewerblichen Einsatz eine UVV-Prüfung nötig wäre, wie sie hier beschrieben wird: company-bike-solutions.com/unfallverhuetungsvorschrift-jaehrliche-pruefung-von-firmenraedern/
