If i replace my Micra's ECU and apply this technique to the new ECU, will the new ECU work correctly without me needed to do anything else (assuming that the ECU numbers match)?

It may be necessary to do coding / adaptation to set all the parameters of the car. Our emulator has the task of replace the immo signal and start the car.

Is there a way to make a non NATS ecu work in a NATS car?

This can happen in case of older models. Sometimes they work after replacing the ECUs, and sometimes you have to re-swap some wires, e.g. in a Mercedes, swap the wires that control the ignition coils.
