It ties together the makeup. Wearing just eyeshadow and lipstick with no foundation looks ridiculous. That being said there's different coverage levels light, medium, and full. So depending on your personal preference you can choose a lighter or fuller coverage. Also, concealer, powder, and contour significantly add to how much coverage you have.

it actually is a personal preference. some people think it works better not damp, bcz it can cause creasing or patchiness. try both and see which works best for you! :)

Some of you are so quick to jump down her throat when she uses something none vegan or cruelty free (but she thought she did when she looked it up). She always said she is eating plant based, and she is going to change her make up and the things she uses over time, not so easy when you have so much. She gives her best, and almost every product she uses (since she went plant based, her words btw) is cruelty free. But no no, let's all concentrate on the slip ups smh
