Your hair is stunning! Natural and curled! I have naturally wavy/curly hair, but I like to add extra to it & curl some sections that don’t lay as well naturally. This tutorial was perfect timing! I’ve never actually used a curling iron with the clamp before (I always used it as a wand, or used a wand), but while I’ve been cooped up, it was a goal of mine to learn haha! And I’m finally getting the hang of it! Thanks for sharing!

I love doing a wet set at night, I have 6 kids now so I don't have time to curl everyday. The wet set last for days and I use dry shampoo the 3rd day after. They start super curly and as days go by are a nice wave. Also more healthy as you aren't using heat constantly. Love your hair it looks cute!

I use a Redken Iron Shape 11. It’s a thermal holding spray so it protects against the heat but once your hair cools, it holds the shape and sets it. I absolutely love it and my bottle has asked me well over a year because you don’t need a ton of it.

Chi iron guard 44. It does it’s job but it also smells crazy good, like that just left the salon smell. Not too expensive & last forever👍🏻

My all time favorite heat protection is Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger Smooth Mirrorsmooth High Gloss Primer. Super light weight so it doesn’t weight your hair down. I used this on all my clients when I did hair.

I really like the l’ange heat protectant spray and their Maryland oil spray to spray on your hair in between washes to moisturize the ends especially when you heat it a lot. Or the “It’s a ten!” Works great ☺️

Girl! I totally feel ya on the super straight hair. People don't believe me when I say it air dries bone straight. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I love using Paul Mitchell Hot Off The Press Heat Protectant. Not super cheap, but not super expensive either. I think it's worth trying out. 😁👍🏻
