Hi - you can just use your normal line cleaner. Are you cleaning from the existing ring main or using a cleaning bottle? If you want to get a bottle (which is easier) this is the process: Site completes RFW form, sends to RBM for approval RBM sends to 5555 authorising the form 5555 sends on to me to authorise I then send on to CTS to action (they log via our Verisae works management system).
