Quite simply, the best trombone solo I've ever heard. Outstanding!
@libertylover76738 ай бұрын
I guess you haven't heard much good trombone then. It seems she's closer to the god of music, Satan than she is the true, holy God. I know, you hypocrites are going to ask, "How do you know her heart?" I don't, but God does, and He gives us clues in the Bible; one of which is: _What communion hath light with darkness?_ (2 Corinthians 6:14) and, _Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord._ (2 Corinthians 6:17) Jazz is the glorification of talent, and does nothing for the words, which are the message of the song. Guaranteed she does not have a close walk with God, _Can two walk together except they be agreed?_ (Nahum 1:3) The answer is NO. _Isaiah 47:1-3 Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate._ _2 Take the millstones, and grind meal: uncover thy locks, make bare the leg, _*_uncover the thigh,_*_ pass over the rivers._ _3 _*_Thy nakedness shall be uncovered,_*_ yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee as a man._ She doesn't dress like someone who is close to the Lord. Jazz derived from people who sang or played from the depths of their souls from a spiritual lomging; and their interpretation was very personal. Then it got commercialized, and is now an abomination because "improving" or expanding the style became the goal, rather than expressing the spiritual, holy desires of the soul. Sad to see. I like mild jazz, for the sake of expression what can't be expressed with words, but when it becomes too much about the music and skill, it wanders into fleshly, worldliness that God hates. Death and judgment will come to us all, so I had to provide this warning and alert. Wake up!

I've come back here I don't know how many times. I've listened with the video off. I listen to everything from jazz, hillbilly, redneck rock, classical virtuosity... I get about. I listen to a lot. This is THE ONE. She's got it from the first bar and she knows it and they all know it I think. This is the greatest piece ever. The way she blows that horn just blows the world away... just blows the world away..... This is IT.

That is one outstanding family! Assembled in Heaven and sent to earth as a special gift to music. Hans Cooling Carling, Gunhilde's father on trumpet for the up tempo ending, links right back to the birth of Big Bands where he started playing professionally as a 12 year old around the turn of the 20th century.

Zenon Rypan. -- She amazes not only you and me, SHE does the whole Jazz world. She plays this famous melody at the same time in two styles: in blues -- highly romantic performance!!!, and then -- in the rush modern Dixieland style!!! I see her as the "Queen of Jazz" of the 21st century.
