This music is from the amazing Mini-Series "Saint Paul (2000)"
The music was never released, yet it remains one of the most beautiful soundtracks ever composed. I hope that one day, Carlo Siliotto will release the full score. If that day comes, you can expect to find it on this channel (if the owners permit)

Ive tried reaching out by email and facebook, but I got no response. Tipically, soundtracks are released by thr movie studio or an organization that specializes in releasing rare scores (such as Intrada, Quartet, La La Land, Ect.) If theres money to be made from the release of the soundtrack, then they will get on releasing it, unfortunately this film and its score likely dont have a huge fanbase.
