I have been playing tennis for 12 years and I can beat coaches but on a scale if they are 10, I would give myself a 2. Their energy, stamina, speed and strokes are far too strong for casual players.

Alcaraz is amazing. Didn't play his best at first, lots of unforced errors on his forehand but settled down. Like his net play. His accuracy and power are so impressive. It seemed like Sinner did better from the baseline winning most of the long rallies.

But Kyrgios made it to eliminate Medvedev and then he chocked with Kachanov and thats how Ruud made it to the final. Alcaraz was very lucky to meet Ruud in the final, i think basically Kyrgios made Alcaraz win the slam

Alcaraz broke Sinner his spirit a little clutching that first set so close it could have gone easily the other way. I felt after that Alcaraz took more and more control. He has lightning fast feet and mind to recover ball after ball as quickly as he does. Every opponent has to win every point more than once to get it on the score card. Together with attacking skills dropshot timing and wrong footing is exceptional, he is way a head of mentally as well. A joy to watch. Sinner al ready a great player but I expect greater things of Alcaraz.

The only areas Alcaraz has Sinner beat is both physical conditioning (stamina, strength and speed) and consistency. As far as pure ball striking is concerned, I’d say Sinner has a slight advantage. Granted, Carlos wins the defensive category. Sinner looks already a little better than just last season, so kudos for he and his team, it seems conditioning is on the top of the list. Otherwise, he is already a well put together player. Carlos is sort of an anomaly. He is so young yet the complete package. This will likely put him at the top of the sport for years to come so long as he can mitigate major injury. Sinner is not far behind, but does have a smaller less built frame, which will take a lot of effort and frankly some more years before he really capitalizes and seizes his full potential. That being said, Carlos has yet to fully mature and reach his his full potential. The difference is, I feel there is more room to grow for Sinner than there is for Carlos. Despite this, the next decade or so looks incredibly promising for men’s tennis!

As Sinner supporter i can say Alcaraz fully deserved it. He was unstoppable. Being honest i did expect a bit more from Sinner , but probably how the first set ended up drained a lot of mental energy from him

Alcaraz went really sloppy for a few games in set 1 and his forehand was all over the place, yet he still won the set. Then raised his game set 2. Sinner groundstrokes look better than Carlos' for much of the match but the decision making from Carlos shows he reads the game better. This is a frightening combo for all the other guys on tour. Even when he is below par he can still beat everyone.

They are both very talented and prospective. However, it seems to me that Alcaraz is more skilled and diverse. Thanks to that, his play is much more variable, and he is more dangerous than other young players in the tour. One guy who plays practically the same and shows his range of skills is Holger Rune, but he still needs to work on his mentality to be stable in his high results in the coming future. Hope we can see new big trio such as Alcaraz, Rune, Sinner.

Medvedev is going to be the hardest match for Alcaraz. I would say, that Medvedev is going to win because this guy is just unbeatable at the moment but if Alcaraz is staying consistent and not losing his focus it could also be very hard for medvedev.
