This is cha cha, not Salsa. You can see the distinct triple step (cha cha cha) and it's much slower than a typical Salsa song. Of course they are similar, and most Salsa moves work over cha cha. Although because it is slower, you have less momentum for complex turns so you do have to adjust for that.
