I'm a Sainz fan and all, but that was Sainz' fault. The rules say that the driver in the pitlane is responsible not to crash. Plus, Stroll was already turning in by the time Sainz was diving.

Pretty much what Rouven said ^ Little twitches of steering like that are very common for drivers correcting an oversteer. F1 drivers often feel that their cars are getting a bit loose before we see it. I don't think though that twitch would have been enough to cause the crash, it looks like Sainz put on the big squeeze...
