The negative comments about the price are unfortunate. It's a beautiful home and the owners have a right to try and get their investment back. Maybe they will, maybe they won't, but a price drop to $240,000 USD is a perfectly reasonable asking price. Obviously, a motivated seller can always choose to accept a lower offer! But my guess is they have invested at least this much into the purchase and renovation of this stunning home. Great presentation, Carlos!

Hola, gracias por su comentario. Así es no garage para la mayoría de las casas coloniales. Ese concepto no aplicaba en este tipo de diseños. Casas que datan desde 1,600 no tenían ese tipo de espacios. Sin embargo por ser una casa ubicada en el Corazon histórico, sería una súper idea para passive incomes o ingresos por rentas. Hi, amigo! Great input about prices. Yes. This house colonial is actually less from the value should be. Restoration and improvements will easy to delivery a high price plus the cost of the land. We have a historical building that probably was built back in the day during the 1,800 so. Give a fair price to it, it is not easy. It is mostly the location, view and real value by its real history involved to it. Reason why, only a few investors can afford a historical building or in other hands. Buyers for a single family home look for newer homes. I hope this can help a bit to understand why these pieces of history are pretty valuable. Contact me for more information 505-86792574
