Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped - Boss 5: N. Cortex + Ending (Crash Dash Get)

In good Crash tradition, Cortex is the last boss for Crash to fight. This time Uka Uka gets involved as well.
When entering this battle, Cortex laughs because he knows that this is supposed to be the part where he's angry, but he's not. Uka Uka then relays to Crash that all the two of them have to do now is just take all 25 Crystals from him.

The showdown takes place deep inside a lab filled with ancient architecture much like what was shown since the first game. Crash must focus on fighting Cortex while Aku Aku fights Uka Uka.
In the first round, the masks are evenly match as they try to kill each other with beams. Cortex protects himself in a shield. Dodge his blasts while also avoiding the masks' fight. Cortex will later throw mines around. Approach him while doing them as he's going to drop his shield.
Smack him into the shaft in the middle of the area to damage him. Uka Uka will then rescue him and then Round 2 starts.
Everything's the same in Round 2, except now the masks try to kill each other with their own Death Tornado Spin. Repeat the same strategy as before you hut Cortex again.
In the 3rd and final Round, Uka Uka tries to kill Crash himself by blowing him up, but Aku Aku counters him with his own explosion. They will litterally go after you wherever you are at the moment, so just get out of their way and repeat the same strategy as before to hurt and defeat Cortex one more time.
Beating Cortex nets you the 5th and last power: Speed Shoes, a.k.a. Crash Dash. As both names imply, Crash is able to run much faster as long as he holds down the R2 button. This will only work in levels where Crash moves on foot.

So Crash escapes back into the Warp Room, while Cortex is left stranded in his own lab. He's willing to just give up and take a beach vacation where a beautiful woman can treat his massive headache.
However, according to Uka Uka, the battle isn't over yet, as both of them can still go across time to gather all of the Gems in order to take over the world. So they also escape back to the Warp Room to find them.
If you want to truly complete this game, you have to gather all of the Gems as well. Besides that, there's a new type of treasure that Crash & Coco must find that getting all the Gems practically rely on, too: Relics!
