As someone with life experience watching this video because it was suggested, I would like to say to young people or to anyone who thinks this is great; I know this is acting, but this IS actually a great representation of something beautiful, consistency is so important and Freddie has always been there for Carly. Don’t ever make excuses for anyone who tells you that they care about you or want you, their actions will prove it.

Freddie's obsession turned into love for Carly and that's what made her fall in love and obsessed with him. Like she said he was always there for her to help out that he became a consistent person in her life that she can't seem function without and he can't without her. She's the solely reason why his both marriages failed because she was always in the back of his mind. Even with him married Carly always saw him as hers and why she's friends with his ex-wife Gwen because she never truly lost her Freddie. Really one of the longest slow burns in tv history!
