Why not just wash the curtains in the washer machine?

Hi Terry. Hope you are well. the process of taking them down, washing, pressing and re-hanging them is quite a lengthy and time consuming one so I find it much easier to go over them with my carpet cleaner when I'm already doing the carpets. Hope that answers your question x
