Pretty awesome to see a youngster like this driving an older truck and not feel entitled to having a brand new first car . Much respect . These kids were brought up the right way by their parents .

I'm a few days short of my 70th birthday... and had a stroke a few weeks ago. I ran a marathon on my 60th birthday and rode my bicycle across in Indiana in One day (165 miles) a few years later. This crap wasn't supposed to happen to me! But I learned that we ALL have no guarantees. It would be easy to say "no more" but that's not what leads to a satisfying life. You got a fan here, girl. Have a goal and chase it.

@@morphman21 Thanks but it's actually a common practice for Teams & Fans alike to represent their favorite drivers(s) stickers on their daily driver, tow vehicle, or motorhome. Almost every vehicle in the parking lot at my local tracks is displaying a favorite. If I see someone with a racing sticker or team sticker on their car and their on the side of the road needing assistance, you can bet I'm gonna stop and help.👍🏁

Just show's how down to earth you are Carly, good to see the good values , your family has taught you.. Maybe you should do the DRIVING with segment with your mum dad and your crew chief, it would be good to here of there life experiences and racing history. Well at least the front brake lines have not collapsed, preventing the brake fluid pressure from relieving itself. That way the calipers don't stay engaged to the rotors, which is a real problem on Chevrolet and GMC pickups. Which can cause everything on whichever side is locking up to burn up and you will smell the brakes burning up...

Tanner you are a great brother. Carly has a mindset that will be difficult to beat. After 2 years I'm still feeling the affects of a C4 and C5 neck fracture as well as a fractured skull. I'm fused from C4 thru C6. TITANIUM! I also fractured my neck in 1990 at Port Royal. I went on racing. In hindsight, probably dumb, but I won my 2nd track championship that year in a 410 at Clinton County. You will do great and be a star!
@takedeadaim86712 жыл бұрын
Less miles on that truck than my daily. First time I broke my back I was in a splint for 6.5 months but I had surgery, screws, rods bone fusions. I remember when the doctor took it off it felt so good, by the time I got home I just needed to lay down. The second time it healed faster, surgery again but I knew about 3 months in my life was going to be different. I’ve had pain every day since. That will be 29 years ago in a few weeks. I’m sure everyone says this but from experience take the rehab slow, if it starts to hurt tell them. The whole no pain thing is BS. Rehab should be work but not keep you in pain.

I would have liked driving that truck when I turned 16. I had to suffer driving a black 1957 Chevy 210 wagon. Did I hear your speedo isn't working right. Use a GPS app on your phone as your speedometer. Speeding tickets get expensive. Carly I was a banged up as you were 40 years ago and rushed my therapy. and I have paid the price for it. Don't rush it. Good luck.

Hey Carly you better start marketing those tire washer stands I've seen so many dirt racers modifieds late model and sprint car drivers washing their tires on their driveways in pressure washing booths on car wash decks flipping them around one side to the other I'm watching a big block modified guy right now preparing to go to Lernerville Pa raceway washing his tires on skids !!!! I stopped the video and started this message to let you know now is the time to make more and find somebody to mass produce these market and manufacture them and start selling them at a fair market price !!! That's why I said get a patent # to protect your investment !!!! You have a money maker there don't take it for granted you've definitely got something there that you need to protect and start selling !!! No kidding girl your idea is brilliant make sure it remains yours !!!! I've seen lesser things make big $$$ !!!!!
