Excellent review, the info narrated by owner is accurate. However I m much into Prados, as per my observation...40-42 is the price of TZ or TZG in outclass condition with Islamabad number. TXL can fetch max 36 lac (I am talking about 1996-1997 / 2006-2007). As far as Sunroof is concerned, that's a total useless option in Pakistan and ppl are crazy for nothing. You pointed out right, Pak has hot, humid and extreme weather along with dust, therefore practically there is no use of sunroof. Additionally, owner is 100% right, sunroof can malfunction along with rubber parts any day and will ruin your headliner and rest of the vehicle.
