Great video, I stayed at the Cobblestone Inn in Carmel with my girlfriend in 1986, we both loved it. You didn't mention Mission Ranch restaurant and Inn owned by Clint Eastwood after he sold the Hogs Breath. In 2009 I saw Bradley Cooper who crossed the street while I was in my car and waved to me for stopping at the crosswalk and Jennifer Aniston at the Mission Ranch restaurant. Starbucks is near the Safeway across highway one on Rio Road, Carmel Center Pl, Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA 93923.

Very nice video! I’m a California girl and I frequent Carmel - it’s my favorite place! I wish my father was alive. He would have loved this video. He resided in GA but fell in love with Carmel when stationed at Fort Ord. It was his favorite place too. I have a toro of the lone cypress on my arm.

@@ElleMcLemore I would highly recommend staying in Big Sur, Glen oaks or post ranch inn. Beautiful hiking and great food. If you go to Carmel, I would recommend staying at Bernardus. The Carmel valley in summer by the wineries you can go on a hay ride as well and have some wine. The guy driving is usually around. There’s really nowhere you can go that you will be disappointed. Big Sur I would definitely recommend for a get away. Go to refuge spa and epsilon. The Big Sur river inn is great too. They have reggae on the river during summer. Hopefully you film your next trip!

thanks for watching!! 😍 yes definitely can reach all by foot, they’re a bit of a walk and hike uphill to Hansel and Gretel houses and the pink house but it’s not a big deal at all. I recommend having a car to see all of them because there are so many not just hugh com stock cottages but just all the ones in Carmel are worth seeing. They also have an audio walking tour I believe to see them all but I’ve heard people not recommend it! Also note there are no addresses in town but you can still map them like we did :) on google, etc

Many of them we didn’t cover in the video you can just walk around and enjoy seeing. The ones in the video you can definitely had to buy foot as well, but probably better using your car because of the Hills! Again, we really appreciate you!!

Hi, we went in April! The best time of year to go is definitely September or October. And yes, you can take to drive to the Bixby bridge in half a day. That’s what we did and then we just turned around.

The best ever! The people are super happy, and everyone loves the arts and outdoors. Full of wine and the foodie lifestyle. Great golf, hiking and beaches, too.

@@audreykimner4121 honestly, it sounds like a dream! We live in Los Angeles because of our work, but if we had it our way we would move to either Carmel or Solvang! Those are two favorite places in California. Hey quick question? We are likely coming back at the end of July for a collaboration with a new hotel. Do you have any recommendations for places we should cover that we missed? That the locals would really love to be shown? I really hope we showcase your town properly in this first one, but hey, if there’s anything more we miss, we would love to put it in the next one!

I'm glad you enjoyed Carmel. Gracings is wonderful.The Pine Inn Hotel for drinks and Italian food - happy hour. Vesuvius roof top bar is fun, and Terry's in Doris Days Hotel: live music. So much more, along with our art walks once a month. Also, Pebble Beach has wonderful restaurants, spas, and shopping, which is all public. The Bench outside overlooking the 18th green with firepits and group seating. The Bench is the best Sports Bar. The Hay golf course has a beautiful view and a great Mexican food and drinks called Hays Place. Let us know if you come back.
