Fun fact, the track when Warwick/Vander attacks the prison, called "The Beast", is a metal rendition of "Dear Friend Across The River", the song Powder sings in the first episode of the show. Also, the only word Isha says in the entire show (apparently) is "mama", which she seems to be screaming at Jinx when Sevika takes her away from the fight.

What you heard is the "thing" falling on top of the ceiling of the elevator, since the elevator is already at the bottom (the enforcers just came from that elevator), then he smash the ceiling of the elevator, and then the doors. And you can assume he also smashed the doors on top.

Isha being mute is somehow intentional put of the writers because Jinx has a lot of voices in her head and Isha is not part of it because she's mute.
