I visited Galante's gravesite a few yrs back, along with Roy Demeo's, and I remember feeling the dark energy just standing there...

Yes I think you're right that was the evil energy from these guys even though you can't see it you can feel it. That's very evil

That's interesting. I wonder if Frank Costello's mausoleum being broken into had anything to do with Galante's threat to "bomb the doors off".

La CosaNostra is an organization that has a real shitty retirement system. Not too many of the bosses ever had the opportunity to live out their lives on their accord !

The mob doesn't give a incentive to be productive other then sentence of death if you buck the system or become a informative, while the Boss rack in all millions tax free.

Genovese family was big in the heroin biz also....
@satchpersaud87624 жыл бұрын
Yea, but on the low, Genovese made no bones about it, he tryed to strong arm Luciano's pipe line, which is why people think the cops got tipped about the Appalachian meet, to make Genovese look like a fool...

@@clarencebodicker3299 great quote from a great movie, the thing that got me about that is the fact that the Corleone fam went to war and Vito lost his son, almost got wacked, and Michael ended up on the run when he ended up giving into the original deal anyway.

@@satchpersaud8762 it was how times changed and the families knew that they had to get into it with the amounts of money involved

@Daniel Dimino Yeah, but the Bonannos had always been the 'heroin' family. 'Chin' never took money from his captains; he didn't need the money and didn't need the criminal exposure.

This narrator sounds exactly like frank Lovejoy a very popular actor who died 60 years ago.

After all the hard work law enforcement as done Galante gets paroled for good behaviour on condition he doesnt go back to drug traffic hes always known, what a joke the parole boards got a lot of blood on their hands and with no prosecutions against them when Galante goe straight back to crime. What do they expect unbelievable. Must make Law enforcement think well why bother.
@roshpinna67083 жыл бұрын
that's what jumped into my mind!!! yeah this is a convict killer sentence to 20 yrs and 4 years later he is on the street... with the promess to not associate with criminals.. *I mean seriously who sit in that parole board*

Bro I've heard the cops put the cigar in his mouth and I believe it lol. Cigar and lighter happen to still be in his mouth.

No. He was shot upon as he was beginning to light his cigar.

@@LynxStarAuto well usually when you're about to be shot you usually freeze up. I think the cops put the cigar in his mouth too. Of course the only people who could say conclusively were the hitmen.

Galante got greedy, but it's a taboo to deal drugs in the Mob, It may have been tolorated his drug dealings ,however it disrupted the image of the other bosses and brought heat to the families this ass wouldn't at least slow things down.

Wouldnt suprise me if the cugar was put in Galantes death mouth. Things for images like this have been staged before. Happened alledgedly when Joe the boss Masseria was assasinated. His death image was that he was face down at a table ace of spades in his hand because prior he was playing cards with Charlie Lucky.
