4:40 Cleanup on isle 2, 3, 5 and 10...!!! How was the view from the captain's chair during that wheel stand? I would have shit a house brick at that moment..! Mate you have done everyone proud! Finding 7's in this car has given you all almost as much grief as getting "dads Ute" back on the road. Win, lose or draw, you punched on as hard as you could, and showed the younger folk what true pride, a ton of sweat, late night and a fair set of testicles can get you in this world, and that is something very special. Well done everyone!!

top work from all involved... the recap at the start was awesome, when it first mad 1000hp scotty's react was one of the best! shame you didnt get that 7, but you cant deny the journey was fun and i think this car certainly lifted your driving abilities Scotty, not only the car evolved, but you did too. 7 or no 7, thats one fast little beast. cant wait to see whats next.

With wheelie bars I think you would have gotten there, but you can always say if only this, or if only that in drag racing. It wasn't a one hit wonder, it is a solid 8.2x car at 170+. I think it is safe to say we are all proud of your efforts. Of course we are all disappointed along with you that it didn't crack the 7's, but I honestly didn't think you were going to get there without wheelie bars, even though I hoped you would. Congrats on what you did, and thanks for sharing your journey.

If you can change that rear bar angle and stiffen up the front shock rebound you would stand a very good chance of getting your 7, hard to get a good 60' when it likes to pick up the front. Good luck, sweet build

A quarter of a second doesn't sound like much, but it shows why there are only 3 MX-5s that have run a 7 in the world. It really wasn't for the lack of trying, everyone was hoping for a time starting with a 7. I would like to see the little car that could immortalized, mounted up on a pole with the eyes back on the screen at the drag strip, once all the goodies have been removed. It just seems a fitting end to a mighty career. Thank you to all those hard working souls who a crack at stardom possible.

This car is an icon and it’s as much more carnage than any other car will be so please don’t end it. I’m sure there is a bit more weight that can come off and your at that stage where it’s full on race car so it doesn’t need any trims or even some of the sheet work that doesn’t do anything on a race car. Please put it away for now and bring it back again in the future, you took the Trolvo away from us so don’t take this one also.
