Carnage - What's Wrong With the 1JZ In The Trolvo!

It's been a few months since we discovered that there was something wrong with the Trolvo, so we decided to pull the engine out and pull it down to see what went wrong.

I have to wonder what the cam bearings look like if you're planning to reuse the top end? Love the pre-spilling dude! I once knocked a full bucket of gear oil off an extended trans jack - I was literally using a shovel to desperately contain the tides of the Exxon Valdez.

First off dropping the Spanner 🔧 in used Diff oil 🛢 would be worse, Ok love the video Scotty 📹, I'm more of a V8 & Steels Bumber fan so any of those Video's, But what ever you put out I'm still going to watch it. Not seeing as many Shifters getting used on the Video's Scotty, Last Question what's was the name & brand of the Seal kit you use, need to buy one & want to get the same kit.

Just give the big ends a Derek (VGG) , linish with 800 wet and dry and a bit of string, and fix the sump . Good to go again 🍻

1jayzee torana maybe? 🤔 and top it off with a 6-71 as a nod to some other supercharged toranas 🤣 there was a 2jz supercharged with 6-71, so it's not impossible lol

Make your own beefier control arms its not dificult. When you have off the top port it more air more fuel more bang. I like all your movies its educational. Happy new year scotty.

6:05 Putting in a too stiff or solid trans mount can lead to broken trans cases. Does this car have solid motor mounts? If so, the car is flexing a lot.

Scotty mate I believe I've already mentioned it once before on a previous video get down to Bunnings or your local plumbing supplies shop and get your self a PVC end cap to put over your tailshaft end it seals up against the seal not a drop gets past it and cost like three dollars a 25mm one dose trimatics t350 th700 most Nissan stuff and ford c4s and 32mm fits a th400

question asked with 1jz was the oil pump operating at its full capacity causing the bearings to score like this ........any way plenty of good sends in the Trolvo and some good quarter mile times enjoyed every video from this Swedish weapon

Oil pump was fine on dyno but not at drag strip so g-forces are to blame

Put that 1JZ in the Berina with RWD conversion. Just think of the insane power to weight ratio. You could make it 1hp to 1kg ratio. That would be totally insane.

You have me worried about my own rear turbo housing now because of the E85. Is this a common thing?

It's probably because we don't drive it alot, if you start and run it regularly I don't think it will be a problem
