it is generally believed that there ae r 9 forms of bhakthi like dhyanamam, snravanam e,t,c. on careful examination one will notice that these are only 9 forms of prayer. the real forms of bhakthi are as follws. 1 aroopa bhakthi.., bhakthi in an abstract form. 2 ekaroopa bhakthi,... bhakthi towards omly one entity..3 vishwaroopa bakthi... bhakthi tawards every thing around us whether living or lifeless. 4 brahmagnyani. such a person can be equated to to god and does no thave to pray at all. a standing examle of such a person is sri ramana maharshi.
