Рецепт сырников, котаны. Берём 500 грамм творога. Я обычно беру 5% жирности, он сухой. Если у вас жирный и влажный творог, то лучше отжать его от лишней жидкости. Вбиваем 1 яйцо, добавляем щепотку соли, одну или две столовых ложек сахара и 2 или 3 столовых ложек муки или манки. Если готовите сырники с манкой, дайте тесту постоять минут 10-15, чтобы манка набухла. По желанию добавляем ванильный сахар. Будет только вкуснее. И хорошенько перемешиваем до однородной консистенции. Лепим сырники, формируем шарики, затем приплюскиваем и выкладываем на тарелку с мукой. После чего обваливаем в муке с двух сторон и делаем ровные края, чтобы творожные сырники получились ровными и высокими. Когда всё готово, можно приступать к обжариванию сырников. На сковороду наливаем растительное масло, хорошо разогреваем и выкладываем все сырники, жарим на среднем огне с двух сторон до румяного, золотистого цвета. По времени это занимает по 1,5 минуты с каждой стороны.

I feel so special being here to view, like, and comment on the official stream for this album on the day you guys uploaded it. DWoH is such a badass record. Every track has such an evil tone to it and the riffs/solos are heavy af. Easily my favorite Carnifex album, which is really not an easy competition to win since I have yet to hear an album I didn't love from you guys!
