Carnival Adventures: Lamanai Mayan Ruins & River Boat Safari with Lunch | Carnival Cruise Line

My wife & I just did this excursion last week when we sailed on the Carnival Breeze. We even had the same tour guide shown in the video. The ruins are every bit as impressive in person as the video makes them out to be. The lunch after visiting the ruins was pretty darn good too. If there's one thing that the video doesn't show, it's the ~1hr bus ride each way to/from the facility where you have lunch & get on the boat to go to the ruins. However, the tour guides made that time on the bus just as entertaining by sharing lots of information about Belize & getting to know everyone on the bus. This is a lengthy excursion but well worth the time & money.
