We know you're excited and in countdown mode for this cruise! You'll probably be find hauling the bags around until your cabin is ready. We completed embarkation and boarded the ship at about 1:15, by the time we'd got over the amazement of that atrium entrance the announcement was made that cabins were ready. I think that was at about 1:30. Our bags didn't get there until maybe 3 or 3:30, you'll be fine just hauling them around. Question: was that all of your luggage or did you leave your luggage somewhere else before you began this video. Sorry if I missed that detail. I’m worried about having a rolling bag plus a walking cane.

Hello! 🙂 We actually had more luggage than what we were carrying with us. Before we got on We each had a normal size suitcase (same size as a carry on bag) We checked those and the room attendant put them in our room. Once we got off of our shuttle and arrived to the cruise port, their were baggage handlers who took large bags but they only took them if they had the Carnival Luggage tags on them which we printed from the website. Taking the rolling bag will be no problem the only thing about that is you'll have to keep up with it until they make the announcement that the rooms are ready. We chose to just print the luggage tag and check in our larger suitcases/bags just so we weren't hauling them around on the lido deck or wherever we went before the rooms were ready. That's a great question! We'll have to make sure we mention that on our next embarkation video. When are you sailing on the Firenze?
