I was just on that ship! What dates did you sail? I also love the burgers and short rib. Always a must lol

I recently booked a cruise for my family over the Christmas break, on the Carnival Glory. On the second night of my 3 night stay I discovered I had bugs in my bed that bit me on my lower legs, thighs, arm and hand. when I figured out that I was getting the bug bites from the bed, I went to the customer service desk and reported them. The customer service agent acted surprised but did send me to see the doctor on board who prescribed Claritin and anti itch cream. My bed was also switched out and I was able to sleep bug free during the last evening. When I left the ship I contacted customer service again by email to report the incident again as an after cruise issue I wanted addressed. I went through the trouble of completing a survey, explaining the incident and uploading pictures of my bites. After all of that Carnival's response which is frankly as bothersome as the the ongoing itching and scaring left on my body from the bites, was to refund $100.05 of my $1489.96 cruise fair. This refund was not accompanied by an apology or an email. While I understand that things like this do happen it's Carnival's apparent "Chew You" policy that will keep this repeat customer from returning. I use to defend Carnival when friends called it Ghetto and worse. After this experience I'm afraid I am going to have to agree with their assessment and find another cruise liner for future vacations.
