Carnival Legend, Sea Day 1

We were on this ship last February. We saw this band play almost every night at the Red Frog. Such a great time.

I was on the Legend in April and we had some seriously rocky seas that started on the night of embarkation, all day day the next day and most of the 3rd day! Something about sailing the Atlantic in that area! Plus there was a storm on land that was causing a lot of the rockiness. It was so bad that there wasn’t many people out of their cabins on day one. The glasses were sliding on the tables during sea day brunch! There were hundreds of sea sick people. Thankfully it started to even out by the second or third day. But overall we had a great time.

That was the worse one that we have ever been on ourselves. But like yours, it even out at the end of day 2, I believe

@@gsadventures It was my first real cruising experience since 1992ish. We were all lucky in my cabin and did not get too seasick. I’m actually going on the New Year’s Eve cruise on the Legend with my mother, so I’m hoping that it isn’t too rough during that cruise. It sure did make walking around the ship a little difficult! I really enjoyed your VLOG of this cruise. Your itinerary was slightly different. I decided to watch because I wanted to see someone else’s viewpoint during a non-spring break cruise. I look forward to seeing your next videos from your august cruise! My next will be the week of thanksgiving, on the Caribbean Princess!

Lmao at not remembering what you did, the comedy show and music ect but i can so relate! Bravo to a very good vid of the Carnival Legend( the best ive seen of it)..Watching cos my adult daughter is on it now! Subscribed..Oh and yeah the waves were crazy big..My daughter is also doing a gift exchange thingy .Crab chips ( great idea) so you must also be Marylanders..Sorry to see that the crablegs on buffet were not included free. Go Ravens!😊 ..
