Iam just trying to figure out what exactly they renovated on this ship? lol Why does everything look so dark and outdated?

it is definitely an older ship, but I like Carnival's Spirit-Class ships. From what I understand, the last renovation in 2021 included the exterior ship paint update to the newer red, white and blue hull scheme. I'm not sure outside of that what other updates were done.
