Say we're leaving Tennessee and going to New Orleans and we're staying the night in the hotel Friday night and Saturday night and then we're going to board the boat and then we're going to Cozumel Mexico Montego Bay Grand Cayman so I'm excited

How was it? I have one booked for Jan 5th and I'm reconsidering because of the ship. When we went out of NOLA before, it was on the Dream. This one looks like the Lido deck is wide open with no cover? That's where we spent most of our onboard time -- I'm not looking to get sunburned.

I'm doing a cruise on the Valor in January but I'll likely do one of Liberty's longer cruises a year or two after. I'm surprised that both ships seem to be identical other than the decor theme. It just seems like they'd want to have more than one ship class in a single port.

You ain't lyin. My thing is, if you want a nice vaca at a fraction of the cost of the newer ships, just get away from it all for a little. This ship isn't terrible.

@@ChildishDfollowsGod agree, and the experience in general can be a lot better too. The Celebration last Feb was beautiful, but you couldn't even get close to a lot of the entertainment venues without a line, the lido was overwhelmingly packed, and the balcony for a suite makes it not worth getting a suite. Hands down worst balcony ever, offset from the ones above so no privacy or overhead cover. The old girls may be outdated in looks, but there's a lot to be said for the experience. I actually prefer the ships one class older than this, the Spirit class (Spirit, Pride, Legend and Miracle).
