I did my first Alaskan Cruise on Carnival Splendor August of 2022 and am going back on Luminosa August of 2024. I've done 24 Caribbean cruises and Alaska is my favorite. Great video to show my non cruising family what to expect on their first in August.

You can take an excursion odd the ship to get closer to the glacier. A smaller boat picks you up from the ship and away you go. The price is about $250 pp
