Carnival Parade Paleochora Crete 2024

We decided to try the Carnival Parade celebration in Paleochora this year. We have been to the carnivals at Rethymno and Kalyves in the past. All are great in their own ways. Paleochora is a bit farther but we stayed the night and made a nice weekend out of it. Of the three places Paleochora was the best because for one they do theirs on Saturday evening instead of Sunday and the other reason is it is fun without being jammed in together with thousands of people.
