Carnival Radiance Ensenada Port Day | Cruise to Mexico

In our Carnival Radiance Ensenada Port day we will bring you along as we do our adventure for the day. Our last port on the Carnival Radiance cruise is Ensenada Mexico. Instead of doing a cruise ship excursion, we decided to do our own adventure in the city. It was easy to walk into town and go shopping. We also stopped in a local taqueria and got some lunch.

I plan to book one also in February 2024? What deck did you book? I wonder if deck 6 midship is ok since it’s above deck 5 , which have bars and arcade. Will it be noisy? Is deck 8 midship better?

Wow! It's really grown! Mom and Dad had a trailer in Rosarita when we were kids, and we'd go down to Ensenada quite often.

We haven't done a west coast cruise yet, but we will someday. All those long Hawaiian cruises have to stop in Ensenada even for just an hour or so. Thanks for showing us around this was very helpful!

Im looking at carnival firenze. This is one of the ports. All 10 of my previous cruises were in the carribean. I think its time to try the west coast!

I would say around a mile, it took us 20 minutes. It is flat, and I think it could be done.

Do you need a passport ? My girlfriends passport expires on Saturday the day before we get to Ensenada on Sunday . I was told you don’t need it by carnival when I called just ID & birth certificate but my brother went on one and said when you get on the van in Mexico they ask to see everyone’s passport ?

No, only ID and birth certificate are required as long as you arrive and leave on the ship. But if say you have a family emergency and want to fly back home earlier I think you run into some issues without a passport
