Thanks for the video. I enjoyed it. The Carnival Valor will forever be dear to my heart because Mama and I sailed on it for 10 nights back in July 2016. We had a luxurious suite that had a shower and jacuzzi tub. We had a huge balcony, king size bed, and beautiful vanity room where we did our hair and applied our makeup for formal nights. The staff was amazing, and they all spoiled Mama who was 74 at the time. Although she had traveled extensively prior to our cruise, she hadn’t hit her last bucket list item - Aruba. I discovered the trip at the last moment and booked it. She was a little agitated because of how much it cost me; however, I didn’t care because I could afford it and the Holy Spirit told me to do it for Mama. We flew in to Florida, took a luxury bus to the port, and the fun and adventure started. We had several excursions, including bar hopping in Aruba, with each bar making us a signature appetizer and cocktail. We even went to a club in Aruba! We also traveled to Curaçao and Grand Turk. We had a phenomenal time, and the cruise captain would seek out our dining table each night just to chat it up with Mama. She was treated like the queen she was. The next year, she had the first of two surgeries to replace her knees. Physically, she was never quite the same because it pained her to walk after he surgery - her knees were better but she no longer wanted to travel abroad. Last year, Jesus took her to Heaven. I still miss her terribly, but she always told me our cruise on the Carnival Valor was one of the best times of her life. She said, “Baby, I am so glad you did that for me because I had the blessings of experiencing the last few places I wanted to visit on Earth - and I went to those vacation spots with you!” ❤️❤️🙌🏾🙏🏽😭

OMG!! What a wonderful memory! I unfortunately never got to cruise with my "Mama" but my Father will forever tell us about the time they snuck off on a cruise when we were little kids.🤣 Thank you for sharing your story. It means more than you'll ever know 😇
