I agree. I’ve made fried cauliflower “chicken” nuggets and a “buffalo chicken” sandwich using fried/baked cauliflower and they both were so good. I also made a vegan ramen with like a sweet potato tare sauce and that was amazing! I’m not even vegan or vegetarian and I would def make the cauliflower nuggets / sandwich again.
