This was my first introduction to Rick and Pete. I was curious if there were any videos on KZbin of regular folks playing Carnoustie and this video popped up. Been a loyal fan ever since!

Really love this series of videos from you guys; I live in the heartland USA (Kansas City area) and currently I am not aware of any links style courses available to the public in this area. Although several years back I had the privilege of playing a golf course near Dallas, Texas by the name of "The Tribute". Each hole on this course replicates a famous hole in the various courses on the Open Championships schedule. For example, the 1st hole on the Tribute replicates the no. 1 hole at St. Andrews...the 8th hole on the Tribute replicates the no. 8 hole (postage stamp) at Troon...the 17th at Tribute is like the famous Road Hole no. 17 at St Andrews; those are the only three I remember because it's been a very long time since I played there. It was a real treat for my group. The Tribute did a wonderful job making their golf holes very very much like those on your courses in Great Britain. Of course, being that The Tribute is in Texas, USA...it was inevitable that we saw several rattlesnakes during our round of golf...LOL...but we LOVED it!

Love watching these course vlog's of Scottish courses. Lived in Carnoustie just near the train station at the bridge from 0-4 yo. Live in sunny Hobart, Tasmania now. Next time you and Peter are down under head down to Tasmania as you need to play Barnbougle and Lost farm down here, look them up!
