Phill was so condescending in that interview and loved picking the most shocking bits in the book to talk about. He came across as a complete snob, who didn't have much time for Carol or her book. It's Obvious that he told the show researchers to pick out all the shocking parts, in the book that he never read, so that he could relish in asking her about them, not one praise came out of his mouth! So thankful Ruth was there she's so rational.
