Sorry but this music doesn't just belong to Scottish people, research... Playing bones was actually done in many countries including Africa , Egyptian, China , Greece etc. It was brought to American by Europeans. Before there was rap and rock in America people of all ethnic backgrounds had similar music like this. Travel to south America and you will find similar music...

A Narrow Path the tune is Irish/Scottish. Nobody’s saying they can’t play it but it didn’t originate from their culture which was what the OPs point was.
