+Andrew Garrett Chances are you will need permissions from two different directions (from Crown for the arrangement and from the original publishers of the piece), but your best bet would be to start by contacting Michael Klesch (or contacting Carolina Crown, who would lead you to him). If you have any trouble reaching out, I would try to find someone who either marched the 2011 show or is currently involved with the organization and try to trace it that way.
