I agree with gio705ne. Every speech on favoritism is only a paranoiac slander. Mao and Yu have often been overmarked, and nobody has complained about it. Mao is an excellent skater, this is true, but Caro deserves her scores. Caro is an angel. Her performance is superb, in my opinion.

Only 5 points are separating for top 8 skaters in SP. It's best Exciting result i've ever seen in World figure or Olympic. Kostner usually gets highest in SP then falls down on Free, i doubt she'll break up such a Sasha Coen karma at this time. Closest SP but No doubt Mao is the Closest to Gold. All she gotta do is just what she usually do in Free. This contest is almost done for me.

For my two cents, I think Carolina should've placed fourth in the long, but she should still have hung on to a medal. I would have had it Mao, Yukari and Carolina on the podium. And I dunno, people might bite my head off for this but I think Carolina presents better than Yukari and Yuna, a much nicer spiral sequence for starters, better steps too.

Phongttran,Mao did a level 1 spiral seq and the lutz was a flutz,her comspin was a level 2...and all this level elements were very clear.Let's see...

Hahha...I totally agree. The Mexican commentators are just as bad as the American ones. I love the British commentary the best.
