I liked seeing Darnold and the O-line come out and play decently in an actual game. No turn overs. The Panthers have a lot of work to do but just knowing that the Qb and his protection is looking decent right now gives me a lot of optimism for this season. Having that said........ Aye just wanna say our defense looks like DAWGS!!! looked really good still looking like they need to get more in game shape which will come but darnold looked fantastic sooo much poise and confidence in the pocket. Was really accurate left ALOT of points off the board which will straighten out here in a few games from the offense gelling! All in all im very happy!

Dennis daley was the main problem on our o line and our offense as a whole was inconsistently good which led to stalled drives. I would also like to see us sub running backs early game so cmac can be fresh later in the game

Terrace Marshall had a large amount of targets. at least 7. only caught 4 for 28 yards, but they are clearly looking his way, and Darnold must have some chemistry or he wouldn't have tried to throw it to him so many times.

For such a young team they did good and needs a few adjustments to make things happen. They’re young they just have to work harder. The players are not five, six, or seven years as vets! They’re Brookline’s second and third year players. It really bothers me for complainers constantly judge them so harshly but the city of Rome was not built in a day. With time they’re going to be hell and because I care I’m going to be patient understanding and patient. Hey they won damn everyone show give them a break!

Punt at 33 wouldn't be so bad if the punter had handled his business. On that 4 and 1 it hit the fullbacks shoulder. Darnold should of keep the ball tucked longer. He extended it out too soon. Jackson needs to work on tackling. Chinn saved him on that one. Most of Darnold incompletions were good passes. Shitload of drops.

Cmac is great no doubt. Unfortunately we're still in rebuild mode for a bit. Obviously try to win everything possible yes. I wouldn't be surprised if they shop Cmac. Trading him could plug holes plus get picks. I hope we keep him but move him into a slot receiver role. We cannot keep running him up the gut we'll destroy him.

I feel you, but the time to shop CMC already came and went. He's mad expensive and just spend 13 games riding pine for 3 different injuries. I said at the time maybe 40% of the reason we extended him was a PR move so the fanbase wouldn't jump ship after we cut loose every recognizable name. dude's the best RB in the game but that contract's ugly and we're stuck with it

I'm happy with our rebuild so far. I'm thankful we're finally wheeling and dealing flipping players etc. Don't miss Gettleman or Marty hernia. We sat on players way too long in the past when we needed to keep guys fresh and competitive. Gettleman really screwed over Steve Smith and Josh Norman. Smith should've been a Panther for life PERIOD. I still remember the man running in a touchdown after breaking his arm during the catch. Yeah he could be a hot head but he backed up anything he said. He would've kept Jay no competitive too.
