Donte’s biggest calling cards his first 2 years was his speed and his inconsistency. it got talked about all the time. he made moves toward being much better last year but he was hurt/out or playing hurt for the majority of the season so it never really showed. we’re 3 games deep into this season. I'm not convinced we're going to move on from Jackson. But if we do - if CJ proves to be a stud and Jaycee comes back 100% before year-end - we could potentially trade him for a third-round pick (we got him in the second) to another DB-starved team. No to your question about getting torched on Sunday. We have so much good secondary depth that even missing two of our starters doesn’t change what we do much and that’s even after assuming we won’t see CJ on the field for significant snaps. Imagine if he is ready to play a significant amount on Sunday? Dallas isn’t that deep at WR like people think, they don’t have Gallup on Sunday so it’s just Lamb and Cooper. Our pass rush allows those guys on the back end to really put in work. We’ll be fine

Just like Brady in 2001 nobody believed in him or the Patriots. The Pat's were like the Panthers known for a decent history but inconsistent. I believe Sam Darnold and the Carolina panthers are destined for Glory. Carolinas are a sports mecca. The things Carolina has done in their young history show that it was only a matter of the stars aligning for us to win the Lombardi. Matt Rhule was the first sign for me, what he did at Baylor and any other program was created a team that was garbage and made champions. Matt Rhule, Sam Darnold, CMAC, and our secondary of Carolina Reapers are going to become similar to the Seahawks were with the Legion of Boom. I think we win 2 superbowls over the decade.

It's always the unlikely QB with the underdog team full of young talent that rises to the top. The Panthers have 2 Superbowl Contender dynasty teams so far the Delhomme and Newton Era. The Newton Era was so overhyped it was doomed to fail with inconsistencies. Tom Brady was a laughing stock at the combine and joined a Patriots team that had the same reputation Carolina has had, they were inconsistent but showed promise because of always having good management. Carolina was predicted to be in the dark ages for the foreseeable future last year, but as is the seemingly repetitive trend of elite dynasties, they come out of nowhere because of genius coaches and office staff. Sam Darnold and the Carolina Panthers will build the O Line which has been the Curse of Cam, but it shall be no more. Mark my words withing 5 years Carolinas team will become mainstream stars, win NFC Championships, and bring home the ring. Carolina football is the best in the country for high school and college IMO. I played for Wando High School and the talent of high school is insane. Sam Darnold is an Elite QB and I believe that we may even win multiple NFC titles and Bowls. I have never been this excited for our team, even when we got Cam.. I believe we will see us only wearing our white uniforms because something weird about teams that embrace their away uniforms seem to always come up hard and fast. I want Carolina to add the option of black helmets, because all black Panthers have the best look period. Blue top silver bottoms silver helms, all black with blue stripes, all white with silver helm classics, and white top black bottom black helms. We need to look like the Champs after we win gold.
