An eye injury can have lasting effects if you don't take care of your eyes. It's not worth it because you're afraid of how you're perceived on the court with eye protection. Everyone playing this sport should have eye protection as accidents happen out of nowhere.

I am watching the summer Olympics and have yet to hear rules for a particular sport or the personal achievements of a particular athlete. Let US WATCH without all the unnecessary FLUFF!
